Are these people even real!!!!!

Each time I send an application for employment to the email address of HireResolve, attention Liezel/Tamara, there is not even an automated reply from these people. Are they for real? Is it just a **** to get personal details of people?<br> <br> Or is it an agency for selected and privileged people?
