poor customers service

on the 24/11/2023 i went to Hire J trailers in witpoortjie to inquire about their trailers for rental, the guy said to me i can walk in anytime they have lot of trailers, then on Friday the 1st December 2023 i walk in to get a trailer, then that rude man told me to say nooo u must book if u want a trailer i said but last week i was here u said i can just walk in ,he says yes i sai d that but now its december you must book and i said to him december is today refering to the 1st and last week you could have told me that from next month you must book i could have followed the process of booking but he said to me just walk in a week before when i did inquiries, the way he was so rude he didn't even bother to listen to us or try to assist or at least say sorry guys we don't have anything left or even refer us somewhere as he didn't have any trailers left,say something that will make us understand, so in future ill never go back to HIRE J TRAILERS IN WITPOORTJIE the guy working there doesn't really care about customers ,i don't know if maybe its the color of my skin to be treated like trash like he did as he didn't even talk to us nicely but when we got there he was talking to another man in their Afrikaans and they where talking nice and even laughing ,but when he came to us he just ****** changed his face i hate that place ,if your going to use your money that you work hard for to hire a trailer pls go somewhere because you cant be treated like **** and your going to pay money not that your there to get a trailer for free, then i walked in to another trailer rental i got help in no time with the white lady but gave us perfect customer service and i got the trailer and i went to my trio and i had a good time.
