Repair Service Shockingly Useless

On 23.01.20, I handed in a Maktec Hammer Drill in, to replace the brushes. On 6th Feb 20, I inquire about the status and in response, I was told that they are still waiting for the brushes. On 8th February 2020 I instructed them not to proceed with the small repair as I can no longer wait and in fact bought a new Hammer Drill. On 02.03.20, I went to collect my item and the front desk just handed me the item without explanation or even a hint of an apology. Their Repair Service is shockingly useless and would advise the public in that area to rather find a more customer friendly and more helpful service provider.
