Hire All Florida Branch

The machine that was hired did not work. We waited almost the entire day for a new one. By the time it arrived we could not use it as it started raining. Upon returning the machine it was said they processed the full refund. A few days passed and no funds had reflected. Your consultant Michael blatantly **** and confirmed that he did the refund. When we called again as Still No Funds reflected and spoke to a very helpful Riaan who said no refund was processed at all. Why was Michael being dishonest and how can you have such people do business on your behalf and tarnish your name?? If he had just been honest and showed some integrity we would not have to complain. This is really unacceptable and so *********. I hope this issue is taken up in serious manner. Regards
