HiQ Fourways Crossing. Terribly rude manager at the branch. He gave me a telephonic Quote to perform a “Suspension Check” on my vehicle. On arrival , his technician was very helpful. After approximately 31 minutes he stormed out of his office and demanded that he was gonna charge me extra because his technician had used a spanner to check if the car was not performing well because of a loose bolt or something. The technician was in shock as well , because of the managers behavior. Job was concluded. No parts changed. No fault found. I was still made to pay the FULL price. What a way to do business.
