Would rate it ZERO if I could. VERY VERY DIRTY

The staff was very welcoming but the place itself… I was at a loss for words. I booked a pod but was told there aren’t any available so I was to stay in a single room for the night (it looked NOTHING like the pictures you see). I asked to see a pod since I was going to be moved there the next day, I just wanted to see if I could store my luggage safely. The room reeked of urine. The people who were accompanying me said I could crash at their place while I look for an alternative (because safety was also a bit of an issue), I returned the next day just to give them their key. Today was supposed to be day 8 of my stay there (I was going to stay there while I look for a more permanent place to stay as I’ve recently had to move back to CPT, for work this time not school). I’m so strapped for cash as is and when I think about the money this place basically took from me I get mad. Please clean and ventilate the place, you’re not accommodating animals. Change the mattresses if you have to but you can’t expect someone to sleep on a bed that smells of urine man. The no-lock on the doors is also a big issue. Seems like there’s no soundproof either, when they were showing me the room, I could here this lady’s entire phone conversation. A friend of mine even suggested I sue the damn place and she didn’t even see it, she only heard what I had to say and she was absolutely shocked. If I didn’t know anyone in CPT, I basically would’ve had to choose between filth and the streets. I must say the streets were more inviting. DO BETTER
