Hippo **** Hotel

This ********** business is taking money and booking out rooms that don't even exist yet. I have been trying for over a month to get a refund on my booking, with no luck! The place looks nothing like the website and has absolutely no parking. I was inconvenienced in the worst of times when the whole of Cape Town was fully booked. I got laughed at by the door man as he said my booking does not exist and the room hasn't been built yet. I had to sleep on my clients couch. How embarrasing. Another shamefull South African **** making our country as bad as it is.
