Bad Service

I was once a customer there and i really enjoyed my time there . But all of a sudden yesterday i was mistreated and thrown out to the streets of cape town at night by Carol and one of his collegue (short dark zimbabwean ) , he was dressed in a white shirt . Upon my arrival i was not informed that the visting hours end at 10 , so while i was cheeering with my sister there , watching youtube videos , laughing , without any warning whatsoever ,i was told to go out of the pod /hotel because visiting hours for vistors has passed @ 10pm , My point is , why was i not told of visting hours and why was mistreated by carol and his collegue . I understand they are dooing their Job but they must customers fairly .After last night i don't think i will ever recommend anyone there or even come to book there ever again . Please train your stuff to have better customer care and personanilties .
