Appalling Service. We are still owed our Refund.

Appalling Service. One of our Directors booked to stay there over New Years 2019. When he arrived, they were still building and fully booked. Last minute the Director had to find somewhere else to stay with his family. Hippo Pod said they will refund him the R3000 amount, however after many calls and emails, we still have not received a cent. They have now blocked my calls. We are still owed R3000 odd amount. Absolutely ridiculous.
