NOT as advertised

I bought a Snowmaster Fridge From Afgri (Hinterland) Witbank August 2014, the person assisting me assured me that there is a fridge bag and he signed this on my slip also, they would have merely located it and then I could collect it.<br> <br> After eventually after about two months my wife followed up where the person told her he phoned Snow Master South Africa and they said the Fridge comes without a bag.<br> <br> I phoned Snow Master South Africa myself after this where they confirmed to me that there is no fridge in there line up that does not come with a fridge bag and that I should have also received a remote thermometer.<br> <br> I CC'd Afgri Witbanks branch manager in this email where her reply were most unprofessional. Since this its been a constant back and forth and I am getting nowhere.<br> <br> The Fridge bag is a Thermal Insulating and protective bag with out the fridge is NOT as effective, robust or reliable as advertised.<br> <br> I still do have email record of all of this.<br> <br> Please advise..
