Bad service

I bought a Willard battery from them on the 27/06/2020.They battery recently started giving me problems,theres nothing wrong with my terminals,I went to the store their machine shows only that the battery has power but they refuse to exchange it,while it has a warranty,Emagin the worker who assisted me was not even friendly I'm so disappointed,I will never ever purchase anything to them,i will also try and contact Willard with my complaint.im not happy at all.i wanted a replacement of my battery as the warranty states so,or rather my refund and I go to another place and get my self a battery.
