Hinterland Ladysmith KZN going futher downhill

I am totally ashamed to even say Ladysmith KwaZulu-Natal has a "Hinterland" as we used to know it "Natal Agri" after purchasing from this company for several years we are fed up . This branch of Hinterland in Ladysmith is a plain mess it has been going through new mangers the past few years like crazy having a new face regularly. Today when i wanted to purchase dog food 40kg that we do every second week at least and horse feed we stood in a que of six people and the other till was closed due to the cashier having a friendly chat on the phone... About 10 staff members all over the shop but NO ONE doing any work... Then we where told to drive around the block enter at the other entry to go and pick up the dog food, I mean really.... Just because the fuel truck is offloading its load... NO NO NO Disgusted!!!
