Hino Tshwane/Hino SA poor service delivery to customers

Hi guys, please check this out before you buy any Toyota Hino vehicle, last year our Hino 300 was overheating, it stayed at the Hino Tshwane for 4 months. A week after the vehicle got out of the repairs, we encountered the same problem on the vehicle, we were told its a part failure but we could not even get a courtesy vehicle on top of that. No one from the foreman to the customer department seems to care about how customers feel even when its clearly their fault.

Please be aware before you buy a truck from them.
