Hino pathetic pinetown

I had purchased a hino 5 ton from hino pinetown towards the end of last year . However the truck was not to my liking for a brand new truck Moises on the suspension side and from the breaks , the steering was pulling to one side I did report this to the salesman . He said we should bring it through hence the truck doing 3000km only up until date . We eventually did get stuck while doing a job and the truck refused to start we then called in a team and they had a look on the roadside the two batteries where swollen ,I then decided to take it to hino pinetown . At first they told me the batteries are gone they will replace them and the brakes where over adjusted at the rear my question to them was on a brand new truck this happens . They also said that the noise on the front wheel was comming from something that needs to be adjusted on the suspension side I did agree . In the next 2 hours my manager got a call to say the truck is done they did not change the batteries it is ok . I proceeded rather far to fetch the truck on the way back my drive said that the brakes at the front are now making a noise I told him I will call hino pinetown we stopped to fuel up and the truck would not start only to find out the batteries where down again called hino pinetown after 45 mintes did I get to speak to a very rude person by the name of kaz he had informed me that people are on there way to assist . The technican then got there and said he had informed kaz that the batteries are s**** and kaz told him to just put it back . Guess and check this sounds like to me with a rather big company. After a while i has seen that the battery brackets are cut I questioned as to why the technician said it blanks off the breather on the battery and supppsed to be cut off when the PDI was done . He then took off the battery covering and put it into the truck Wich made a huge scratch on the dashboard. I called kaz to inform him he said that the batteries are not his problem it’s under warranty with battery Centre . Who’s problem is that ? I did not buy a second hand truck from hino pinetown . I however called hino customer care they listened to my story and did not get back to me up until today . Who pays for the downtime on this truck ? I own a fuso Wich I can gladly say has never been to the dealership other than for its service no complaints there after sales are excellent unlike hino pinetown . However I do commend Cecil from the sales team for the extra mile he has gone for me .
