Feel Completely Misled – Avoid This Dealership

In my opinion, Hindsight Motors acted dishonestly in the way they sold me my vehicle. I bought a car from them and later discovered the central locking/key fob does not work at all. During the test drive, they insisted on moving the car themselves and never allowed me to unlock it with the remote. Looking back, it feels like they deliberately hid the issue.

I even replaced the remote battery assuming it was something minor, but the entire central locking system is faulty. When I contacted them about it, they completely ignored me—no help, no response, nothing.

What’s worse is that I’ve seen they like to pretend they have no record of dealing with customers who complain. To make it clear that I did buy from them, I’ve attached photos as proof.

I now have lawyers involved because I refuse to let this kind of behaviour slide. I am also opening a case of ***** with my bank and the South African Police Service. Based on my experience, I firmly believe people should stay far away from this dealership. I feel cheated, and I don’t want anyone else going through the same.
