Take your customers seriously!!!

I honestly thought hinds would have improved their product by now,i keep buying the product just to help it grow,hinds was never my go to but i have a principle i use "see a new product buy it!" until it is now expensive then u go to the next. Hinds has been on the shelves for a long time,why do i need to pour in the whole packet of cayenne pepper in order for me to taste the pepper?? Oh my Goodness,what a bunch of awful spices! Never again this is the last straw.
