Hina's Eastern Collection Durban North-Purchase with caution!!!

Bought a semi-stitched outfit from Abdul at Hina. He convinced me that this design is one of a kind and personally designed by him like all the other outfits in his little boutique to justify the price. Like another irate Customer, we found out that this is not true. Designs can be found in all the Indian trade fairs at a record lower price. He also convinced me that the fabric is adequate and the design on fabric is correct to be cut out by the tailor and sewn to custom fit. He reassured me with a verbal guarantee and he did not inform me that there is "no return or no refund" policy. When I found out from the tailor that the pattern layout is incorrect and inadequate to custom make the finished garment, I informed him. He stated that he does not refund or accept returns once the garment has been PAID for. I was shocked as the garment hadn't even been touched or cut. On asking him why I was not told about this compulsory "voetstoets" policy, he stated that it was on the purchase invoice. In other words, you only find this out after you purchase, yet he gives you a guarantee on his product verbally before you purchase. All of the above convinces buyers to finalise purchases without suspecting anything. He has no signage on the wall of the shop with policies. Misleading the unsuspecting buyers. He blocked me off from posting a review on his Facebook page. He only allows the good reviews to be posted. He obviously doesn't understand Section 55 of the CPA that states that Customers have a right to good quality goods.
