Himost Air Fryer

While preparing Supper , I was shocked only to find out our Himost Air Fryer is no longer hot but it’s blowing only COLD AIR & it’s 3 that 3 Months . We use it here and there but dissatisfied 😒! Order Number : *** . Please help and can I get a replacement?
