Bad service

We arrived at the hotel at 6:00 pm at 6:30 pm someone eventually took our order as i had to go call someone we waited a hour and a half to get our food as i had to go and find a waiter to ask when our food will be ready she came back with the food and said it has been sitting in the kitchen for about 30 min by then i was already so angry i asked to put our food in takeaway containers and left . i feel as we spend a lot of money there the service needs to be better . but that is not all when we got home and opend our containers i found that our order was wrong and threw this unfortunate event they have just lost a very valuable customer and may this be something to the future customers of the Himeville Arms.
