Hilton Weiner - Don't Waste Your Time

I had my eye on a black suit at Hilton Weiner, but was informed that they didn't have my size (32) in that colour. It was suggested that I allow them to tailor a size 34 for me, and I specifically requested that they match the size 32 cut exactly. When I was told the pants were ready, I came in to try them on. They had simply narrowed the waistband, leaving the pants with a saggy, overlength fit. As this was clearly wrong, I reiterated that the tailor was to use the pattern of the 32 to exactly replicate that cut, and they agreed this would be done. A second wasted visit saw the pants slightly better, but still dissimilar to a size 32 in blue which I tried on for comparison. I asked if they could make a plan, contact the factory, get in touch with someone who could sort this out, but the supposed manageress on duty made some excuse about how there won't be a new stock for some time and \there's no way I can". So basically she was saying \""I don't feel like being helpful\"". I don't care about your sad story lady"
