Unprofessional

I called in today just of a simple request on a pricing for (HI Tea) and when the called was answered the person on switch board 1st put me to IT then I was put through another place which I don't even know. Then the call went died so I called back and yet again I was not assisted in the manner I would think the Hilton Hotel should respond to a client esp cause they a 7 star well known world wide hotel. Even if my request is as simple as pricing or any inquires I would have as a customer. I am completely disappointed and will never be dealing with this hotel again!
