Terrible Hotel Service @ The Hilton Addis Ababa

Hilton Hotel Addis Ababa in Ethiopia has overcharged my hotel bill and for the past two months I am unable to get any feedback or have my account reimbursed. The staff are highly *********** and cannot offer a customer friendly experience. Staff are badly trained and cannot do their job properly. Management are completely useless. Please don't stay at this hotel.
