Money still on hold by the hotel after 7working days of checking out

I checked out at this hotel on the 15th of August, I noticed on the 5th day after checking out that the money they put on hold on checking in was still not released back into my account. On following up I was told that it takes 7 days for them to release the money. Today is the 9th working day or the 13th day and my money is still not released, when you call the employees are rude on the phone, either cutting your calls or giving excuse that the manager is not available with no information of when to call back or who else can assist.

The person that I spoke to, is only investigating today why was the money not released.
