This is not at all a 5 star hotel Presently last night at hotel Poor experience from start to end Constant errors. Hygiene and house keeping opens your bags. Safety security a concern Health protocols covid a concern Very dirty constantly complained. Missed plannedtrips Halaal breakfast concern. The cost you pay per person expect you get the same and breakfast Manager assisted but their approach is very relaxed Very dirty cutlery poor. Definitely 3 stars not 5 star. You spend for executive suite and you instead get very poor quality. Handles and thermostat broke. TVs constant issues. Hair dryers useless. From start to end this is not 5star treatment or 5 star hygiene or quality. With covid very concerning. No service and some try but its often a wait then waste of time. You lose more time with maintenance.
