Hilton Hotel Sandton - no hair dryer and waiting and waiting, unprofessional staff

<p>We regularly stay in the Hilton Hotel chain all over the world. Yes the Hilton in Sandton is very beutiful, BUT the staff is terrible! They need proper training.</p> <p>Our room had no hair dryer, which I only realized after I got out the shower with wet hair. </p> <p>At 22:45 I called down for a hair dryer. Half an hour later after two calls and asking for the manager on duty to come see us no hair dryer. The lady at housekeeping tells me she will go look through the rooms and IF she finds the hair dryer she will bring it to me. IF she finds a hair dryer? How difficult is it to get the hair dryer from the room next door. This hotel is certainly not booked out!</p> <p>45 minutes ago we alled down for the memory foam pillows and the extra 3x waters we paid for that were also not in the room. Nothing arrived. It is late and Ijust want to go to bed. But I cannot do that with wet hair.</p> <p>This is beyond unprofessional for a 5 Star establishment!</p>
