Hilton Hotel Food Disappointing

To whom it may concern<br> <br> I wanted to treat my future wife This weekend to a wonderful dinner, after reading some good reviews I called up the Hilton hotel and booked into their restaurant (RAINBOW TERRACE RESTAURANT), the buffet was R205 per person on Sunday the 5th of April 2015 , considering the upper-class establishment you would consider that the food will be up to standard and remarkable<br> <br> Unfortunately that was not the case, they didn't have much main course food as expected, was appalling, considering the establishment<br> <br> Issues: <br> o The food catered was not appealing<br> o The range of food was not worth the money we paid<br> o The lamb curry was full of bones, we had to complain<br> o The food at the fryer, was not cooked when given to us, I complained again<br> o Chicken and calamari was roar, I called the chef who apologized and rectified this<br> o Mostly vegetarian food for a Sunday is really terrible as we are not vegetarians<br> o Roast was dry<br> This was a really bad experience for both my girlfriend and I, as this was a special date night for us , which was completely ruined due to the appealing selection of food that had been served up<br>
