Hilton Hotel Durban poor customer care

I slept in Hilton Hotel Durban executive suite R2800 a night on the 31st of January 2020 and on the next day breakfast i was so disapointed getting a whole hair piece coiled and with its length covering ****in cakes. I braught this to the attention of the manager and the staff. Received no apology and nothing up to today. So is that how they run their business??? mayb yes i was not a top personality indivudual as they use to entertain such customers.
