Hilton Hotel Durban pathetic service level standards

My daughter attended her matric dance at the Hilton Durban on Mon 21 Dec 2020. I was appalled at the shoddy service given to the girls who attended. My daughter was put into a room with no air conditioning and poor ventilation. During the pandemic we are experiencing Hilton Hotel who are an international hotel chain houses guests in a poorly ventilated room....where are the Covid protocols.....utterly disappointed with the poor service. Also the waiters helped themselves to tips without asking patrons if they wanted to tip....is this the new rule at the almighty Hilton Hotel.....whats your excuse for shoddy, poor service....I want to know.....pathetic for an international hotel chain.....
