Hilton honors dishonorable

Hilton honors are dishonest and disappointing. I used my Hilton honors points to purchase a shopping voucher. I was told I would receive e voucher in 5 days. It's been 3 weeks and numerous emails and enquiries later but no matter what I do no one can assist me. I am frustrated and angry. How difficult can it be to just email me my voucher!!
