Enquiry regarding book launch at Hilton Hotel

I would like to thank the lady that assisted me at reception who said Lulama was her name. Although at the end I was not able to attend the book launch due to the uncer*****y regarding whether or not it was open to the public or by invitation only.<br> <br> The manner in which Lulama handled my telephone enquiry and her willingness to assist me makes her a great credit and valuable member of staff at the Hilton.
