Bad Service

We were ignored and not served at hilton munich airport hotel for around 15 minutes. We where the only non white people at the hilton cafe/bar seating area, they where not so busy that they could not attend to us. When i complained at the reception we where offered free drinks. I dont think any amount of free drinks can compensate for ****** behaviour of any kind.
