5 Star Hotel i think 2 Star

The Hilton Sandton-I will never stay over at this hotel again 1.The App is of no use, its not a contactless check in as i got told by Natascha at reception that this is South Africa and they still trying to get with it-She also laughed at me when i told her i won't be staying there again 2.I paid prior to my arrival and they couldn't locate my POP and said the funds did not yet get released to them so i had to provide proof of payment 3.the rooms were super cold and we had a 4month old baby with us we got told our thermostat was not working and i had to ask for a portable heater 4.the water was cold apparently you have to run the basin tap water to get the shower water warm 5.they didn't receive our breakfast order and we waited an hour and a half for our breakfast ,addition to that we did not receive our full order 6.we were 3 adults and i had to ask for a 3rd gown ,the other 2 gowns didnt even come with slippers 7.the food was amazing and Solly the technical guy was amazing but that was it
