Will not take goods back

I bought glue and bolts and grouting from hilti incase I needed it for a structural angle. I explained it to all the sales people my situation and that I might not need the goods but I wanted it just incase. Not one person warned me if I bought the good I could not return it. I spent R4700.00 and when I cane to return it in perfect condition they just said sorry. They have a bad attitude and no one returns calls or are prepared to help in anyway. I will never buy anything from hilti again. They trap you and once they have their money they don't care at all. Think twice before buying Hilti!!!
