Product Purchased from Hilti, 14 months later product has not been delivered, HILTI SA are absolute Rogues

Purchased Several tools/Equipment for a substantial amount during black Friday special in November 2023, A Multi Line measure was purchased with a delivery date noted on Invoice for 02/02/2024, To date our business has had no response from anyone at Hilti, nor has the product been delivered, it is Now 2025.

We have made several calls and sent through numerous emails and no response, since Nov 2024, Service is absolutely unprofessional, As a business that prides ourselves in the construction Industry we would not recommend any purchases from Hilti SA, daylight *******
