HILTI SPARES ARE A HUGE PROBLEM

I am literally shocked at how bad Hilti are regarding trying to get spares! Takes at least a month before your spares arrive. We placed an order on the 2nd March and paid for it on the same day. Today (24th March) we phoned to follow up only to find out that our spares havent even been ordered. So I am told to resend proof of payment and then they will order the spares and I will have to wait a further month. This is completely unacceptable. There is only an 0800 number so there is no one of any standing to even phone and complain to.
