Hilti poor customer sevice

I purchased a Hilti drill in 2019 after much trouble in trying to contact any Hilti agent to help me in my decision regarding model etc The lady representative from Rustenburg made an arrangement to meet me - never showed up - and never contacted me again. Eventually I managed to get the Pretoria Rep to assist me - and I bought a drill from the Silverton branch Last week I wanted to purchase some extra drill bits and after trying to contact Hilti customer care on 2 separate occasions( the phone just rings) - I drove to the Hilti store in Silverton Judging from the inefficiency of the Rustenberg rep as well as the fact that you cant get hold of anyone in customer care I am indeed concerned that the problems I am facing probably go deeper than this surface Poor customer service indeed!!!- I wonder if their servicing department are as bad???
