Aluminium glass doors cracked after installation

Hilo aluminium put in aluminium stacking doors with double glazed glass. Unfortunately, a few months after installing the product (when the seasons changed), the glass panes started cracking from the edges. We had another glass expert in to check it and he says it can happen from expansion if the glass is too tight, or if it was damaged during installation.<br> <br> I've had Etienne in to check it, and not only won't he take responsibility for the defective product, he also is avoiding even quoting to repair it.<br> <br> I've had to move to another supplier because of this lack of backing their product and after sales service.
