Worst experience of my life! Very Rude and unprofessional Receptionist!

This traffic department is the worst I’ve ever visited. The man at the door is very friendly and welcoming, but the lady at the reception today, 16th of January 2-25 is extremely rude and unprofessional. I didn't get their name.

I went to book my learner's license, and I could see from her expression that she was very irritated. She asked for my ID, which I provided, but then she told me that my ID was old and that she could not help me. I explained that I had been there before to rebook my learner's license after failing it due to them writing the wrong car code on my forms. I initially wanted to take the test for code 3 (truck), but they mistakenly wrote code 2 for small cars. I mentioned that I had been assisted without any issues during my previous visit, but she dismissed me, saying she didn’t care and that the people who assisted me should have never done so in the first place.

I have never experienced such rudeness and unprofessionalism in my life. I would never recommend this place to anyone; it also seems very discriminatory.
