Shocking service and totality unprofessional - avoid!

I have been dealing with Hillside properties for the past 3 years (not by choice, was a tenant) and the level of service and professionalism from Hillside and co owner Kathy is ridiculous!

They never communicate, schedule things last minute. Never assist with issues raised. They make ridiculous request such as asking me to "empty" my flat for two days and get alternative accommodation so that they can clean the carpets?

She never addressed nor resolved issues with the landlord pertaining to a broken stove (7 months) damaged carpets (almost 3 years) and constant failure of the landlord to pay his electricity bills which resulted and non eskom related power outages!

The landlord would cancel items that was part of the lease agreement and Kathy would just respond that they made a mistake and cant do anything about it and I must "just live with it"

I had to find out from the new owners of the house that the house was sold, had no communication from Kathy or her team! She also seemed unsure about the legalities involved with tenants and selling of property.

It is shocking that such a company with such poor service can still be in business! I would not recommend using them to sell, buy or rent a property.
