Card being swiped twice and bad attitude

I'm a regular customer to this shop, went into the shop to buy my pets food and got to the till both the ladies was rude. The lady that was helping me took my card and she swiped it the transaction went through and the pulled the card out and on the slip showed it was declined(my sms I got on my phone said to went through )this lady decided to swipe my card again. that's when the other lady came and verbally attacked me. I was accused that I wanted to steel money and I was a thieve. I decided to take the pet food and leave this shop I went to my car and went back in to the centre where I was rudely attacked again in front of all of the shopping centre customers. I was then told to come back the next day and to bring banking statements along if I'm not afraid to admit I was trying to steel.<br> I felt personally attacked and insulted.<br> I did go back the next day the lady was apparently on leave. the day after i decided to call the owner drop the phone twice in my ear and told me I won't get my money back it's already in her bank account.<br> This is a bad thing to the Present Hypers name to have ******* like that in a shopping centre is a disgrace.
