I contacted Hillcross Business College because I wanted to further my studies in Social Auxi****y Work. From the beginning, I was bombarded with calls, emails, texts, and WhatsApp messages encouraging me to register. After requesting information, I paid a R1,000 registration fee in good faith.

Since making the payment, everything has gone downhill: 🔴 No classes have started to this day. 🔴 I had to chase them for weeks to receive my study portal login. 🔴 I was added to a WhatsApp group with only one "professor" and no other students. 🔴 I keep receiving requests for more payments (tuition and study materials), despite no teaching or proper communication. 🔴 After weeks of delays, I was suddenly told I need to submit my matric certificate — something that should have been verified before taking my money. 🔴 When I asked for a refund, I was told it’s non-refundable and the receptionist hung up on me.

This experience has been completely unprofessional and upsetting. I feel misled, ignored, and ****med. I now question whether Hillcross Business College is even legitimately operating.

⚠️ What I’m Demanding: ✅ Either give me proper access to real classes, study material, and support — OR ✅ Refund my R1,000 registration fee in full.

Please be very cautious before paying anything to Hillcross Business College. The lack of communication, poor service, and empty promises are serious red flags.
