Hillcross College: Paulinah Ndumba

I am having a very bad experience with this school because of Paulinah Ndumba. I am a student at hillcross college, I app**** for a bursary at the company I work for, they requested the qualification number and qualification credits for the course that I'm doing. I sent an email on the 03/02/2026 to Paulin Ndumba, there was no reply. I called in following day for a follow up, still no assistance, I keep resending the same damn emails requesting the same thing and calling in to follow up but till today, no response to my email. Paulina Ndumba is so rude, I spoke to her on the phone and advised I have been calling in and asking her to reply to my email but still even after I spoke to her, she chose not to reply. this woman doesn't know how to handle people, the closing date for the bursary application is closing soon but she doesn't care.
