Useless emergency staff

I have 2 grandparents within the hospital, my grandad is in highcare and has been treated like gold, while he was in hospital my gran had a home invasion and was attacked, we brought her to the same hospital and have been waiting 12 hours for a bed......she is badly bruised and can't eat solids so asked for jelly and custard, she waited 3 hours for that to arrive....she is in shock and could have passed out in the mean time, I ended up getting jelly from high care to bring down to her because casualty was so useless they didn't help us. I still sit her with her as I type this. To the high care nurses, you rock, to the *********** idiots that work in emergency....i hope you catch a wake up
