Unbelievable shocking service

Service is shocking. Nursing staff have mixed up patients xrays. When asked where the correct xrays are, I get told, "not sure, we will have to look." Another patient has suffered a bad stroke. After the patient requested the staff to please put him back into bed at 9am, at 3pm the patient is still slumpt in a chair, not covered and it is not the warmest day either. This is shocking, what is the health care coming to.
