Pre-Admissions useless both on Email and Online , No one answers the phone (Pre-Admissions & Reception) and left messages don't get returned !!

Pre-Admissions useless both on Email and Online , No one answers the phone (Pre-Admissions & Reception) and left messages don't get returned !!

Email sent to pre-admissions email Friday 26th may @ 1:44pm, Follow up email sent Monday 29th May @15:55 pm, no acknowledgement or response!

Did the online pre-admission with required documents on Monday, confirmed submitted, no other response!

Called numerous times to both pre-admissions and reception using different telephone numbers, no answer!

Finally got hold of Reception yesterday (Tues 30th) and asked them to please pass on a message to pre-admission to please call me back, still waiting.....!

Apart from actually going to the the hospital personally and trying to sort out, what must i do?! I live and work 40kms away so not just up the road!

Specialist has rooms there and procedure is to be done on a Friday, hence using this hospital. May be i need to reconsider and use one of the other hospitals the specialsit operates from!

So frustrating and annoying! Especially as this should be a fist world facility!
