No towels- dried patient with pillow cases

My mother was admitted to high care- no communication- bed-bathed her and then dried her with pillow cases as they had no towels, and then gave her a sheet to wear as they had no clean hospital gowns. Absolutely pathetic- do m hodpital management not read and act on these one-star reviews?
