busamed hillcrest private hospital very disappointed the worst hospital I have ever been in. I had surgery on 27th July 2021. Very poor nursing they don’t have a clue what they are doing in the ward. 1: There was no soap liquid at the hand basin to wash your hands although it was pointed out to the nursing staff on various occasions nothing was done about it. 2: Loud talking at night like they had to scream at each other never heard of a cell phone in some place near ward 1B bed 2B (sounded like a party up to about 02:00 hours then it will be quite until 04:00 hours) seems kitchen staff reporting for duty. 3:I had a problem with the plaster on my back after requesting help by ringing the bell 45mi later a nurse told me there was nothing wrong I must go to sleep. The patient next to me told me that the plaster came off and the wound is open due to the fact that could get no help from the hospital personnel my wife phoned the neurosurgeon on the 2nd of August 22:00 hours, after that they put a new plaster on. The complaints go on and on and top management at the hospital was notified on the 3rd of August.
