Bad service

Terrible service, had to wait 5 hours to be admitted, i was told i should wait for a bed. Had arrived at 12 and was told moved back and forth and was told the bed will be ready at 3 only to find out that it is not ready. I than went get my self admitted and was told bed will be ready at 6. With no explanation.
