I got a dstv pricelock deal with installation. they charged me for cable that was never supp**** after the installation the exploras had no signal after contacting them they sent the same guy out who installed he adjusted the dish that he installed. One of our exploras stopped working 2 days later they refused to fix it as they blamed the trees for signal issues and wanted to charge me to adjust the dish. I got another company in who find it was a installation problem after reporting this to multichoice and the above company nothing has be done. a very poor company with staff that has no idea what they doing. please don't use them you will save yourself a headache.
