Poor health facility service

I'm a phycology patient at Hillbrow community health care centre, 2weeks back I came to the facility for my therapy session and to collect my anti depressents but unfortunately I couldn't make it for my appointment because the lady who issues out cards took her lunch and there was no reliver, today I came back again and the same lady without a name tag disappeared on us again and when I complained to the other patient that's next to me that I haven't been taking my pills and I have ran out of pills she passed by and heard me, she just turned n told me to go and report her if I want to she doesn't care. How can someone who works at a health facility be so rude to patients even worse half of the staff here dnt have name tags so how do you report them or who do you report if u dnt even have a name. My appointment will be cancelled again
